These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and LOQO AI, Inc. (“Loqo”). By accessing or using loqo.ai, the Loqo application, or any associated APIs (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms, and “you” refers to that company.

You can render one full-length scene without an account. To save work or generate more, you'll create an account using a verified email address.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You own what you make. Renders, prompts, scripts, and uploaded reference material remain your property. We claim no copyright in your output and impose no royalty on its use.

You grant Loqo a limited licence to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the Service. We do not train foundation models on paid customer content without explicit opt-in.

You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload — faces, voices, music, IP — and that your output complies with applicable law.

Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Unused render minutes do not roll over. Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 5% of included minutes have been consumed.

Indicative prices on the marketing site may differ from final pricing at signup. The price in your invoice is the binding price.

The free tier offers 10 minutes of generated video per month at 720p, watermark-free, with commercial use included. Free renders may be retained for up to 30 days then deleted from active storage.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on production rendering. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access — maintenance, model updates, and the occasional infrastructure incident may briefly take parts of the Service offline. Status:status.loqo.ai

Loqo integrates with services we don't control — Stripe (billing), Frame.io (review), Adobe Premiere (export). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for issues that originate with them.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL MEET ANY PARTICULAR STANDARD OF ACCURACY OR QUALITY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOQO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID LOQO IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify Loqo against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we'll provide 30 days to export your content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules — except for claims of intellectual property infringement, which may be brought in court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll notify account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
