Privacy policy.

What we collect, how we use it, and the levers you have. We've kept it short and written it the way we'd want to read it.

Introduction

LOQO AI, Inc. (“Loqo,” “we,” “us”) provides AI-powered video generation tools at loqo.ai and through associated APIs (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service.

We've tried to write this in plain English. If anything here is unclear, write to us at [email protected] and we'll explain.

Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

Account data — name, email, organisation, billing details.
Content — prompts, scripts, uploaded reference images, generated renders, comments, and edits.
Usage data — device type, browser, IP address, render counts, and feature interactions.

You can use Loqo to render one full-length scene without creating an account. In that case, we collect only minimal anonymous usage data and the prompt you submit.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

Operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
Render videos in response to your prompts and store them in your workspace.
Send transactional emails (billing, security alerts, render-complete notices).
Investigate abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms.
Develop new features and conduct internal research on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.

Training and your content

We do not train foundation models on the prompts or generated content of paid customers unless you explicitly opt in. Free-tier renders may be used in aggregate to evaluate output quality, but never to reproduce identifying imagery or text.

Renders, prompts, and uploaded reference material remain yours. You can export or delete them from your workspace at any time.

Sharing & disclosure

We share information only in these cases:

Vendors — cloud rendering, payment, email, error monitoring. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.
Legal — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
Business transfers — if Loqo is acquired or merged, customer data may transfer, subject to this policy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not run third-party advertising on the Service.

Retention

Renders and projects are kept for the life of your account. Anonymous free-tier renders are retained for 30 days then deleted from active storage. Billing records are kept for seven years to meet tax obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your account and associated content.
Port your data in a machine-readable format.
Object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

Security

We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Production access is limited to a small group of engineers under audit logs. We run quarterly third-party penetration tests and maintain SOC 2 Type II as of 2025.

International transfers

Loqo is operated from the United States with regional rendering nodes in the EU (Frankfurt) and Asia (Singapore). Transfers from the EEA/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures.

Children

Loqo is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when our practices change. For material changes, we'll email account holders at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
